Property developer WCT challenged our design team to revamp the Impiria Residensi sales gallery. Our designers welcomed this exciting brief and the opportunity to realign the look and feel of the space to WCT’s sales and marketing goals.

For the revamp, the team envisioned a sales gallery that merges three key zones in a seamless living space. Visitors are first welcomed into the sales gallery which mimics an inviting patio with views of hilly scenery. This effect is achieved with an enlarged mural to simulate scenic views. To complete the patio look, our designers introduced additional I-beams to visually enhance the spatial sequence effect of the space. Urban lounge seats paired with rich carpets grace a rough stone floor, whilst warm strip spot lighting floods the space with a sense of warmth and intimacy. The ‘patio’ flows into a vibrant discussion lounge which was modelled after a living room which then leads into a more intimate meeting room that takes after a dining space.
