Property developer WCT tasked our team with creating new designs for the Imperia Residensi Type A and Type B show units. Our designers welcomed the creative freedom and conjured exquisite designs that appeals to young urbanites and the career-driven.

The Type A concept was inspired by the young urbanite lifestyle, their refined elegance, and their passion for sophisticated styling. As the bigger of the two Types, Type A was positioned as the more exclusive and meticulous show unit, with stylistic touches that oozes comfort. The clean elegance of a pale, earthy palette is further enhanced with organic elements such as wood panelling and ornamental plants, which play well with the warm lighting that illuminates the living space. Leather minimalist furniture underscore the chic, elegant nature of this show unit whereas rich fabrics and plush carpets communicate familiarity and comfort, welcoming home the fortunate few who will own one of these refined units.

Type B, on the other hand, was positioned to appeal to world-travelling professionals, who might fancy themselves as collectors of valuables and articles of art. As a result, the interior design is more cosmopolitan, eclectic, and contemporary. It is playful, whilst being peaceful, young, whilst being capable. The living space is defined by practical, minimalist furniture and creative storage space for world travellers to store their finds. A cool, yet colourful, palette combines perfectly with wood panels and a plant mural is a respite for the weary traveller, a private enclave.
