The project designed by Giuseppe Tortato Architetti aims to give a new image to the headquarter of the multinational company, SIT. Merging the new innovative and captivating volumes with the existing ones, to present a new image to the industrial headquarter.

The activities that involved the team started from the preliminary stages, and continued, through the development design and the detail design. All the phases were developed using BIM technologies.

The element that required the most effort was the added volume called “UFO”. The BIM process was crucial in coordinating the structural discipline with the architectural. The studio’s contribution was critical in the detail design of the facade and the structural design of the volume.  

The industrial nature of the complex influenced the interior design: in fact  it was necessary coordinate the MEP model for the interior furniture and equipment.
